We typically stick to your familiar neighborhood routes, local parks, and safe sidewalks to keep your dog comfortable and secure.

Please provide us with a key (or entry code) during your initial meet-and-greet consultation so we are fully prepared for the first scheduled walk.

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. More than 24 hours notice: We will happily credit the walk to your account. Less than 24 hours notice: The walk is non-refundable, as we still compensate our walkers for their reserved time. Please note: Cancellations for membership-based walks are not eligible for account credits.

Your dog's safety and comfort are our top priorities. In cases of extreme weather, we pivot from our standard long walks to a quick potty break outside, followed by indoor playtime and mental stimulation games. This ensures your pup gets relief and burns off energy while staying safe from the elements.

We will immediately contact the owner and the designated vet, or head to the nearest emergency vet clinic if needed.
